Interact Metro – Macris receives important distinction from the Rotary Club Tegucigalpa
Last Friday, July 13, the oath of the Rotary Club Tegucigalpa Metropolitano was held in a restaurant of the capital. There, the Interact Metro-Macris Club was recognized as the most numerous club in District 4250 that includes the countries of Belize, Guatemala, and Honduras.
This recognition was received by the new president of the club, Mariflor Flores, tenth-grade student of Macris School, from the Past-President of the CRTM.
Interact Metro – Macris is a school-age version of the world-famous Rotary Club where students work together to help improve problems in their community. Throughout the school year, members work together to plan and implement community service activities.
Congratulations to all our Interactors for such an important recognition!
